António Dulcídio da Silva Pinto Coelho, was born in 1959, Portugal. He is a self educated artist.
Someone wrote about his painting: "Dulcídio, deeply influenced by Douro River and the coast people, made with that, some scenes and events with a great sensitivity for the Art. Covering a long way, finding everything what a superior art education couldn't give to him; Dulcídio paints what it sees and dreams with paintings, carrying his ideals to colors and canvas. Showing some surrealists forms and ideas I will be able to risk saying, that the workmanship of the artist does not escape to be witness of the time. The artist looks to transmit the color of the moment through a inventive work". Clarisse Antunes
